Covid-19 Team Action Plan

Here at Le Repaire Boutique Hotel & Restaurant the safety of our guests and team members is our top priority. Whilst it is business as normal here at Le Repaire, we have stepped up our preparedness in order to be able to continue to offer the special welcome and service to which our guests have become accustomed to. With that in mind we want to share with you some of the proactive measures we are undertaking. We will continue to follow updates and protocols from MOH & WHO while ensuring we are going over and beyond to serve and look after you, our valued guests as always. Many thanks, Le Repaire Team.

 

  1. GENERAL All areas operate in strict compliance to all MOH and industry leading Health and Safety advice and regulations. As our public areas are all open air, Facemasks are not compulsory, but guests should maintain a safe distance of more than one meter from others at all times. Hotels must comply with specific COVID-19 local laws, rules and regulations which can change over time and be updated. Guests will be reminded of these regulations.
  2. HAND SANITISING Our staff are required to regularly disinfect their hands by washing or using hand sanitizer and we request that our guests do the same.
  3. GUESTROOMS  After check out rooms are sanitized by our staff and once the rooms are ready to be occupied they are disinfected using a cold fogger. Once the room has been fogged it is sealed and will not be entered again until the guest check in.
  4. PUBLIC AREAS Public areas, including guest toilets are cleaned 4 times during the day.
  5. ENTRY POINTS We have limited the number of people accessing public areas such as restaurant and swimming pools and put sanitation points at each point of entry.
